Belorechensk district of Krasnodar region offers entrepreneurs to invest in a promising project

The municipality is the project of construction of the enterprise for the production of metal wares.

The project envisages the construction of a factory in the village Bzheduhovskaya. During the year, involves the construction and equipping of the company, which will produce more than 222 thousand tons of finished products per year: bolts, screws, nuts, washers, rivets and other products. The main consumers will be residents of the district center and the nearby settlements, construction and installation companies of the region.

To implement the project prepared a feasibility study.

Investments in the project are estimated at almost 12 million. Rubles. It is planned that the project will pay for itself in four years.

The object has a prime location. It is located within the village Bzheduhovskaya and 9 km - from the marginal highway "Maikop - Ust-Labinsk - Korenovsk." The nearest railway station "Belorechenskaya" is 16 km to the international airport of Krasnodar - 67 km to the sea port of Novorossiysk - 204 km.
