Kuban Capital Presented Its Economic Potential in Germany

The presentation was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the city of Karlsruhe within the official visit of the Krasnodar delegation in the sister city in German.

Representatives of the business community and leading companies and enterprises of Karlsruhe took part in the meeting.

The chairman of the Committee on External Economic Relations of the Karlsruhe CCI Robert Huber appeared as a moderator.

– Krasnodar is a very interesting platform for enterprises of the Karlsruhe technology region. First of all, because of its favorable geopolitical position, as well as a large number of important projects, which are being implemented in the region, – Mr. Huber said.

As it is noted at the meeting, Krasnodar is one of the leaders of investment development in the region. Currently, there are companies from more than 40 countries and about 400 enterprises with foreign capital, many of which operate more than 15 years, in the Kuban capital. Among the largest, there are companies CLAAS, Raiffeisenbank, Philip Morris Kuban and Knauf.

Commenting on the results of the meeting, the chairman of the Committee on External Economic Relations of the Karlsruhe CCI Robert Huber emphasized that at the moment, actively working with 11 German companies are being held that are interested to work in Russia, and in particular, in Krasnodar.

A special commission, which will hold a series of meetings with a business community in Krasnodar and in Karlsruhe and develop a set of measures to promote cooperation, is established at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Karlsruhe.
